3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, relevant content, images, branding materials, and project requirements necessary to complete the agreed work.

Clients are responsible for providing timely approvals and authorized access to websites, hosting accounts, domain registrars, social media accounts, advertising accounts, and other required platforms.

Clients must ensure that the materials they provide comply with applicable laws and do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights. Delays in providing information, approvals, or access may affect project timelines.

4. Pricing and Payments

All project prices, payment schedules, service packages, and additional charges will be communicated before the project begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work will commence after receipt of the agreed advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

For projects involving milestone payments, each payment must be completed at the agreed stage. Delayed payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or temporary suspension of services.

Third-party expenses, including domain registration, hosting, premium themes, plugins, stock assets, software subscriptions, and advertising budgets, are excluded unless specifically included in the quotation.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Clients should review the project scope, quotation, and payment terms before confirming an order.

Once work has started, payments may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the agreed project terms, particularly where work has already been performed or resources have been committed.

If a project is cancelled, charges for completed work, approved milestones, and non-recoverable expenses may remain payable. Any eligible refund will be assessed according to the written agreement and applicable law.

WebInfoIT will communicate any applicable cancellation charges or refund conditions before or during the engagement, as appropriate.

6. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project delivery timelines depend on the complexity of the work, agreed deliverables, availability of resources, and the client’s cooperation.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery date. However, delays caused by incomplete content, late approvals, scope changes, technical problems, or third-party providers may affect the schedule.

The project will be considered ready for delivery when the agreed deliverables have been completed and made available for review or handover, subject to the terms of the project agreement.

7. Revisions and Additional Work

WebInfoIT may provide revisions according to the number, type, and scope specified in the approved quotation or project agreement.

A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the originally agreed design or deliverable. New features, substantial redesigns, additional pages, new integrations, or changes to previously approved requirements may be treated as additional work.

Additional work may involve extra charges and an adjusted delivery timeline. We will communicate the relevant cost and scope before proceeding.

8. SEO and Digital Marketing Disclaimer

WebInfoIT provides SEO, digital marketing, social media management, and advertising services using strategies appropriate to the project and available information.

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic, lead volumes, sales, revenue, advertising returns, or social media growth. Results can vary depending on competition, industry, budget, website quality, audience behaviour, algorithms, and other external factors.

Advertising performance also depends on campaign settings, creative quality, targeting, platform policies, and market conditions. Clients are responsible for approving advertising budgets and paying platform charges unless otherwise agreed.

9. Website and Application Ownership

Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables will be transferred to the client after full payment, subject to the project agreement and any third-party licence restrictions.

Until all agreed payments are completed, WebInfoIT may withhold final files, administrative handover, or transfer of applicable rights, to the extent permitted by law and the agreement.

Pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, templates, development methods, and third-party software remain subject to their respective ownership and licence terms. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images, and other licensed materials may have separate usage conditions.

10. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Some projects depend on external providers, including hosting companies, domain registrars, payment gateways, advertising networks, plugins, software platforms, and social media services.

These providers operate under their own terms, policies, pricing, and technical requirements. WebInfoIT is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, price increases, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Where additional third-party costs are necessary, these will be communicated as applicable.

11. Google Business Profile Services

Google Business Profile setup and management services are subject to Google’s eligibility requirements, verification procedures, and policies.

WebInfoIT cannot guarantee profile approval, verification, rankings, visibility, or reinstatement of suspended profiles. Final decisions regarding these matters rest with Google.
